The winners will receive an e-mail with the assertion of his free stay, which will have to be printed and presented to the cheap hotel at the moment of arrival. HostelBookers will reimburse the deposit as soon as the stay was finished; the amount will be reimbursed to the card used at the moment of realizing the reservation.
